A. Title is ordered immediately upon receiving the loan, and title commitment will be received within 48-72.

A. Contacting the borrower is optional, we can contact the borrower if you request us to, we would require a contact email and phone number.
Q. How do I get my loan files to you?
A. You can courier, fax, or email the loan files to us. |
