Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. Title is ordered immediately upon receiving the loan, and title commitment will be received within 48-72.
Q. Do you contact the borrower?
A. Contacting the borrower is optional, we can contact the borrower if you request us to, we would require a contact email and phone number.
Q. How do I get my loan files to you?
A. You can courier, fax, or email the loan files to us. |

- Broker sends entire package via email, courier, or fax to The Processing Depot.
- We submit loans, order titles, verifications, payoffs, pay histories, and we contact the borrower(s) or broker if additional information is needed.
- Broker sends entire package via email to The Processing Depot.
- Processing depot submits loan, orders title, orders verificatoins, payoffs, pay histories & contacts borrowers with additional information needed.
- Once clear is received procesing depot schedules with closing agent and turns file over to brokerage.
